Sometimes we just need to take the best next step. That's what I had to figure out in 2023. I found myself at a crossroads, and I had no idea what to do. And then I got quiet, tuned in, and the best next step found me. I ended up tossing everything into storage and volunteered all around the world for 6 months! I lived my own version of Eat, Pray, Love - minus the love. I guess it was Eat, Pray, Self-Love.
