Cancellation Policy
I understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, I request you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer your appointment slot to another client on my waiting list. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. No-shows without prior notification will incur 100% of your appointment cost. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps me maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all myclients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact me directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at my discretion. Refund Refunds are not provided for coaching services, individual sessions or packages, or group/class attendance. If services are discontinued, the balance may be transferred to another agreed upon participant.
